A fresh, seasonal and obviously sustainable fish or some equally fresh shellfish is a very fine meal if prepared and cooked correctly.
You probably wouldn’t have read even this far if you didn’t in some way agree.
Let’s get a few things straight from outset, it’s pretty easy to get right …. our ethos is also easy…..“put love in and you’ll get love out”
Treat your fresh piece of fish, fresh fillets or whole fish with care and attention safe in the knowledge that it’s going to taste fantastic, seasoned with a few flakes of sea salt, freshly ground pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
It’s also very heart healthy, easily digested and full of minerals, vitamins and omega oils.
I have tried to keep all recipes as simple as I can as I do believe in letting the ingredients speak for themselves as much as possible.
